A Few Common Questions to shop from Carin Rose

Are you always going to carry the classic Carin Rose sweatshirts?
Every launch is limited edition, with no intention to restock. Once the collection sells out we will have other limited edition collections available.
What happens if my package is late, lost or stolen?
For packages arriving late, unfortunately there are delays due to the influx of holiday packages. It is out of our hands and wish there was something we can do on our end to help speed it up! For packages that are lost during transit or stolen after delivery, we suggest following up with the shipping carrier. You can file a claim with the shipping carrier as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How are the sweatshirts designed?
All custom sweatshirts are designed by Carin Rose. They are locally embroidered and screen printed in Pennsylvania.
How do I wash items?
We strongly suggest following the washing instructions on the label. For sweatshirts, we recommend washing on a cool cycle - inside out - for items to remain in its best condition. Do not iron over screen printed items. We personally do not recommend placing your sweatshirts in the dryer. We suggest hanging sweatshirts to dry.
How long does it take to ship my item(s)?
Please allow up to 7 business for items to ship during our busy launches. We will try our best to get items out sooner but please allow us up to 7 business days to ship out your order. Thank you for your support to my small business!
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Customers from Canada are responsible for all import and duty fees.
Am I able to cancel or make a change to my order?
Unfortunately due to high order volume, we are unable to cancel or make any changes once your order is placed. Please verify all information + shopping cart is correct before placing your order.
Can I return sale items?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale/special priced items or if a coupon code was used. This includes all of our Cyber Week sales.
How long does it typically take to receive an email response?
Since we are a small team, please allow us up to 48 hours to respond to your message - however we do try our absolute best to respond in less than 24 hours! Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday from 10a-5p. Please keep this time frame in mind when initiating a return so you can receive the form + ship within in the 7 day time frame.
