Return Policy:

Custom Carin Rose Sweatshirts/Tees: Due to custom made nature of these items, Blush Babe and Darling sweatshirts + Roses Tees are exchange for size only. Please email us at shopcarinrose@outlook.com (subject: SWEATSHIRT RETURN) with your order number and we will assist you to help exchange for size. We do not accept exchanges if tags are detached. We will allow a 7-day exchange window from the date the item is received. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to exchange your custom sweatshirt. 

Clothing items: We want you to be happy with your purchase - you may return the item (with tags attached) within 7 days of item being delivered.

*Return must be initiated + postmarked within 7 days of receiving the product - tags must be attached for an eligible return. Once your return is received and approved, you will receive credit back to your original payment method - there is a 10% restocking fee.

Please contact us at shopcarinrose@outlook.com - subject: Return - with order number to begin your return so we can send you a return form. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

If returned item arrives back to us without a tag, signs of wear/makeup stains/perfume scent, or outside return window, we have the right to reject the return and customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Due to limited quantities of clothing items, we do not offer exchanges at this time. We inspect every item before sending it out to you, however, if your item is damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item with tags attached. For items that are sent back to us, we are not responsible if the return is lost during shipment. We suggest having a tracking number.

Accessories such as hair scrunchies, scarves, hats, handbags and bralettes are final sale. No returns or exchanges. 

All items on discount of 20% off or more (with coupon code or sale/special price) are final sale. 

Orders made outside United States are final sale. We are not responsible for custom fees or duties - this is the responsibility of the customer. 

Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages during transit or stolen/lost packages after tracking shows delivered.  Please contact USPS or UPS for lost or stolen packages.

UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, for the safety of all of our customers, all returns must be postmarked within 7 days of having received the order in order to be eligible for a store credit. If you are bringing it back to the store, it must be brought back within 7 days of order receipt or store fulfillment.

RETURN DETAILS: SHIPPED ONLINE ORDERS
Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. Please keep shipping time in mind. Additionally, we are not responsible for return shipping costs.

RETURN DETAILS: ONLINE ORDERS PICKED UP IN STORE
An item may be returned within 14 days of the day the order was completed and noted as ready (via email) for pickup at the store.

If you choose to have your order shipped after it was already fulfilled for store pickup, we still go by the date that it was fulfilled for store pickup as that was your original chosen delivery method.

RETURN DETAILS: IN-STORE ORDERS
An item may be returned within 7 days of the in-store purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in original condition and unworn with an Aria Rose hangtag.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN IF ITEM:
- Shows evidence of wear
- Has been washed
- Does not have an Aria Rose tag
- Was purchased with a store credit (partially or full)
- Is an accessory
- Is a bathing suit or resort item (cover up)
- Is an intimate (bralettes) or bodysuit
- Is a sale item (from our sale section)
- Is a gifting item (i.e. Stoney Clover, Volupsa, ban.do)
- All curated gift boxes are final sale
- Any item purchased at 25% off or higher or purchased via our SUNDAYSTEALS promotion

If a customer has returned merchandise more than 4 times within a year, we can deny a return based on the circumstances of said return or exchange. We reserve the right to deny a return depending on the circumstances surrounding said return(s).

Please email hello@carinrose.com to begin the return process. Once we have received the item, we will let you know within 2 business days if your return has been accepted. We will process your return within 5 business days and email you a store credit in the original amount (minus shipping, taxes and/or any discounts used) of your purchased item. Store credits cannot be used on accessories.
