Return Policy: (Beginning March 30, 2025)
Clothing items: We want you to be happy with your purchase - you may return any full price clothing item (with tags attached) within 7 days of item being delivered for Store Credit Only.
*Return must be initiated + postmarked within 7 days of receiving the product - tags must be attached for an eligible return. Once your return is received and approved, you will receive your store credit via the email provided during checkout.
NEW! To initiate a return on an item: click here & create a login with the email used for the order. It will email you a passcode to login to your account. Then, select the order/item you wish to return! Once you receive a return approval email, you will also receive a return label in a separate email, you are welcome to use this label (return label fee estimates from $5.95-$10.95 depending on weight of your package) and the return fee will deduct from merchandise credit amount, or you are welcome to ship on your own using your own label.
If returned item arrives back to us without a tag, signs of wear/makeup stains/perfume scent, or outside return window, we have the right to reject the return and customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Due to limited quantities of clothing items, we do not offer exchanges at this time. We inspect every item before sending it out to you, however, if your item is damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item with tags attached.
We are not responsible if the return is lost during shipment. We suggest having a tracking number.

- Orders made outside United States are final sale. We are not responsible for custom fees or duties - this is the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping: All orders over $250 will receive free shipping. If you make a return on an order that received free shipping and return all pieces, there will be a $15 return fee.
Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages during transit or stolen/lost packages after tracking shows delivered. Please contact USPS or UPS for lost or stolen packages.
